Are food and drinks provided?

A light breakfast and lunch are included on full day trips. Half day trips will include snacks. Drinks, including water, soda, beer and mixed drinks are included in all trips unless special arrangements are made. Please inform us of any special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, ect.) as soon as possible before the trip.

Where will we go?

That depends a little. We have several loose plans that we will happily tailor to your interests. Most trips start out in the protected waters outside secret harbour with beautiful marine life. From there, we will sail around the Marine Sanctuary and cayes (pronounced keys) on the South side of the island or head North to St. John or outlying cayes such as Mingo, Lovango or Congo. If you have booked a BVI trip, we will head to Tortola or Jost Van Dyke, depending on your specific interests. Because we use engine power as little as possible, wind direction and speed and wave height may affect where the best sailing will be on any given day. We will discuss your options with you and plan the best day of your vacation for you and your loved ones.

Do you have a bathroom and fresh water?

Yes. We have a marine head equipped with a toilet. We also have an outdoor, fresh water shower for you to rinse off with.

What's a trimaran?

A trimaran is a three-hulled sailboat. Because of its construction and various physical principals, trimarans are very stable, fast sailboats. Trimarans are perfect for the novice, young, experienced or those who are prone to seasickness because of their stability "trimarans don't heel or lean as much as other sailboats.

Can you teach me to sail?

Yes! Anyone with an interest is encouraged to help sail the boat. Your captain and first mate are experienced sailors who enjoy teaching others the basics of sailing. So be ready to crank a winch or pull on an anchor line, if you want. Otherwise, feel free to sit back and enjoy the breeze as we take you on a sailing adventure.

Is there plenty of room on the boat?

Yes, the boat is very spacious for six people. Because of its three-hulled design, you have a 42-foot by 28-foot area of deck space, the most of any six-person boat in the region. There is also room for as many as eight people to sleep on the boat and lots of storage.
